Milton Resident
More than six years calling Milton home.
A Milton parent, community volunteer and mentor — running to serve the families of Ward's 2 & 3 on the Halton Catholic District School Board.
In my own words
I am a proud resident of Milton for more than six years, a devoted parent of young children attending Catholic elementary school, and a passionate believer in the transformative power of Catholic education, faith, family, and community.
For me, education is more than academic achievement — it is about nurturing the whole child. It is about helping our children grow in knowledge, character, faith, confidence, compassion, and a strong sense of purpose.
“I believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, discover their potential and prepare for a bright future.”
My commitment to Catholic education is not simply something I speak about; it is something I live and actively support. I have volunteered with the Catholic Parent Involvement Committee (CPIC), representing Milton within the Halton region, and I serve as a young adult mentor, supporting Black students as they navigate their educational journeys, build confidence, overcome challenges, and prepare for a successful future.
Background

Volunteered with the Catholic Parent Involvement Committee, representing Milton within the Halton region.
Mentoring Black students as they navigate their educational journeys, build confidence and prepare for a successful future.
More than fifteen years of professional experience across different sectors and countries.

Experience and conviction
Professionally, I bring more than 15 years of diverse experience across different sectors and countries. These experiences have shaped my understanding of leadership, collaboration, accountability, problem-solving, and service. They have taught me the importance of listening carefully, understanding different perspectives, asking thoughtful questions, and making informed decisions.
“Most importantly, they have strengthened my belief that effective leadership begins with service — and that the people we represent must always remain at the heart of every decision.”
I am passionate about our schools, our children, our families, our community, our Catholic faith, and the future we are building for generations to come. I believe every child deserves a safe, welcoming, inclusive, and faith-filled environment where they can learn, grow in character, discover their God-given potential, and thrive.
As a parent, community volunteer, mentor, and Catholic education advocate, I understand that the decisions we make today will shape the opportunities our children have tomorrow. I am committed to listening to parents, students, educators, and our broader Catholic community; advocating responsibly for the needs of our schools; and working collaboratively to ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed.

What I believe
Strong schools build strong families. Strong families build strong communities. And strong communities create a brighter future for everyone.
Together, with faith, purpose, and a shared commitment to our children, we can build stronger Catholic schools, a stronger Milton, and a stronger, brighter tomorrow.
What I stand for
The qualities I would bring to the board table on behalf of Milton families.
Decisions made with Milton families in mind, guided by what residents across Ward's 2 & 3 actually say they need from their schools.
A firm commitment to the Catholic education tradition — faith, character, service and academic excellence, offered in a spirit of welcome.
Every decision measured against a single question: what does this mean for the students in our classrooms?
Clear, timely and accessible communication, so families are never left guessing about decisions that affect their children.
Careful, accountable stewardship of the resources entrusted to the board on behalf of students and taxpayers.
Open doors and real conversations with parents, students and residents — because good representation starts with listening.
“Together, let's build a stronger, brighter tomorrow for our children.”
